Popok Animation was founded as a start-up in 2018, in Gyumri city, Armenia.
Today, we have grown into a team of professionals who provide high-quality animation and 3-D modelling services.

Our Story
The people behind Popok Animation Studio are Gyumri-born dreamers and pioneer animators and 3-D artists Agvan and Hayk, whose main focus was to help Gyumri’s younger generation accomplish their goals without having to leave their homeland and fulfill their dreams somewhere else.
Agvan and Hayk started the process of founding the studio with free animation classes in Gyumri and on the first day received 240 applications!
Through an interview process they selected talented, creative and hard-working young people aged 16-26. Today, many of their graduates have become professionals and Popok’s employees. Others have found jobs in other Armenian studios.
For Hayk and Agvan, this is only the beginning.
