1) Animation Script Chief Editor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, editing, and refinement of animation scripts.
  • Ensure the scripts align with the overall creative vision and production goals.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, directors, and producers to maintain consistency in storytelling.
  • Evaluate and enhance dialogue, pacing, and narrative flow.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure all written materials are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a script editor or writer in the animation industry.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, character development, and narrative structure.
  • Exceptional editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with animation production pipelines and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

 

2) Script Writer

Responsibilities:

  • Create original scripts for animated films, TV shows, or shorts.
  • Develop engaging characters, compelling plots, and dialogue suitable for the target audience.
  • Research themes, topics, and settings to ensure authenticity and depth.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and artists to adapt scripts to visual storytelling.
  • Revise and refine scripts based on feedback and project needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Screenwriting, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience writing for animation or other entertainment mediums.
  • Excellent storytelling, character development, and dialogue-writing skills.
  • Ability to write for various age groups and genres.
  • Strong understanding of script formatting and industry standards.
  • Creativity and flexibility to adapt to production needs.

 

3) Film Director

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative and technical aspects of the animation production.
  • Guide the storytelling, pacing, and visual style of the project.
  • Collaborate with writers, editors, animators, and other team members to ensure the film aligns with the intended vision.
  • Review and approve storyboards, animatics, and final animations.
  • Manage the production schedule and address any creative challenges that arise.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience directing animated films or series.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A clear vision for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of animation pipelines, tools, and software.
  • Ability to inspire and manage creative teams.

 

4) Art Director

Responsibilities:

  • Define the visual style and aesthetic of the animation project.
  • Lead the design team in creating concept art, character designs, environments, and props.
  • Ensure all visual elements align with the creative vision and narrative.
  • Collaborate with the director and production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Review and provide feedback on designs to maintain consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an art director in animation or related industries.
  • Exceptional skills in concept design, composition, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya/Blender.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative vision and attention to detail.

 

5) 3D Character Artist

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality 3D character models for animation.
  • Develop characters from concept art through modeling, texturing, and rigging.
  • Ensure character designs are optimized for animation and performance.
  • Collaborate with animators, art directors, and other team members.
  • Address technical challenges and implement feedback to improve character quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing character modeling and texturing work.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, ZBrush, Blender, and Substance Painter.
  • Understanding of anatomy, proportion, and character rigging.
  • Ability to adapt to various styles and production pipelines.
